Summary: Liz is pregnant...for real. Part 4.

"Liz, you're doing so great. Just push a little bit more. She's almost there."
Liz pushed.
Then the most beautiful sound was heard. Actually, two sounds.
"Congratulations! You have two healthy babies. One boy and one girl!"
"Jacob...and Emma," Liz said, before passing out.
A few hours later, Liz saw Jack handling two babies.
"Mommy's awake... Here's Jake," Jack said, giving Jake to Liz's arms.
"And here's little Em."
"They're beautiful."
"I got to choose the middle names. Jacob's is Matthew and Emma's is Elizabeth."
"Jacob Matthew Donaghy. Emma Elizabeth Donaghy. They're so amazing, Jack."
"They're gonna be so smart because they have us as parents."
"Can we go home now?"
"Of course."
Jack took Liz home that night with two little babies in their hands. One mini Jack and one mini Liz just waiting to show the world their talents.
